My Cheesy Kids!

Most of the time you pull out a camera and Ethan runs away to try and avoid getting his picture taken. He probably gets that from me because I hate having my picture taken (always have). But when he is willing, he will give you the biggest smile all the way up to his eyeballs. Olivia on the other hand has always been a big cheeseball. Of course she was always a naturally happy, smiley baby but when you pull out a camera she totally cheeses it.

Ethan tends to only like his picture taken when he has made something or is doing something, and it has to be his idea to take the picture. We had to bribe him to get his last pictures taken at the beginning of the school year.

I just took this one yesterday and all I did was pull out my phone and when she looked over and saw it out she immediately grinned and said,"Sheez!" (cheese)

Funny thing about Ethan is he will almost always pose and smile if I am taking a picture with both of them. I guess he just doesn't like being the center of attention. (He is so much like me!)

Ethan's favorite present by far is his Leapster Explorer and I love it too. He has always loved video games and wants to play the real ones with Jake so I thought this would be great for him. It has all sorts of games that are so fun for him and they are educational which is the only reason I got it. It has been great for car trips and for when he is driving me crazy at home I can suggest how fun it would be to go play one of his leapster games.Olivia's favorite present seems to be this little $5 boombox that Ethan picked out for her from our local Family Dollar. She loves music and she loves to dance so it is perfect for her. This video is from Christmas morning, and I think she might be trying to moonwalk at the end ;)
